JACK’S HARD CIDER ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF ITS NEW RESTAURANT, MELA KITCHEN

Gettysburg, Pa. (2020) – Jack’s Hard Cider is proud to announce its new restaurant, Mela Kitchen, opening this Spring at 1865 Gettysburg Village Drive in Gettysburg, PA.

Led by Chefs, Josh Fidler and Brent Golding and General Manager, Maria Wolf, Mela Kitchen, will take a clean and fresh approach to food. Using the best local ingredients and products, Mela’s menu will consist of brick oven pizzas and Italian inspired small plates and entrees.  Mela will be inviting and graceful with a social and comfortable dining experience.  Along with the public restaurant, there will be a space for public and private events which can hold 150 people.

The bar will feature Jack’s Hard Ciders on draft as well as PA craft beer. Flights will be available to sample. New wines under the Atomic Dog label will be on the menu as will cider-based cocktails and traditional cocktails.

Mela Kitchen and Jack’s Hard Cider want to create a progressive and healthy work environment within the hospitality industry and will be hiring soon.
