Make the Trip to Our Tasting Room to Try Our Ice Cider

As the temperature starts to drop and Old Man Winter settles in, your first thought might be to grab a sweater, not to sip on some crisp and refreshing Jack’s Hard Cider. We’ve already introduced you to our seasonal Fireside Cider—subtly spiced with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and vanilla and perfect for the season. Now, we’d love for you to get a taste of Jack’s Ice Cider.

Cider_IceJack’s Ice is a dessert cider that warms the palate with notes of caramel and sherry. This decidedly food-friendly sipper pairs perfectly with dulce de leche cake, fruit tarts and pumpkin pie. At 6.5% alcohol by volume, the 375 ml split bottle is perfect for sharing with your partner for a special occasion or with a friend as an after-dinner digestif. And with Valentine’s Day right around the corner, Jack’s Ice Cider would make a perfect gift for that special someone in your life.

Jack’s Ice is made through the meticulous process of freezing and evaporating our fermented cider to create a more rounded apple flavor. Fans of ice wines and brandies alike will feel right at home savoring Jack’s Ice as the mercury drops this winter.

We have limited quantities of Ice Cider, so hurry to our Tasting Room, located at 410 Cashtown Road in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, before it’s all gone! The Tasting Room is open for tours and tastings on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until February 29, 2016, when we will reopen seven days a week.
